General Terms

By accessing norom.digital or engaging Norom Digital for story kit and consultancy services, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and contact us before placing an order.

Norom Digital provides B2B storytelling and planning consultancy for retailer sell-in teams, including narrative structures, retailer slides, local proof points, meeting prep notes, and follow-up summaries. Deliverables are described in individual statements of work or kit descriptions. We do not guarantee listing outcomes, buyer approvals, or sales results.

You agree to provide accurate product, category, and proof information; obtain necessary internal approvals for claims; and designate a point of contact for feedback within agreed timelines. Delays in client feedback may shift delivery schedules.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered materials for internal sell-in purposes. Norom Digital retains rights to pre-existing methodologies, templates, and tools. We may showcase anonymized work in portfolios unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Norom Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our materials or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Incheon, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with written notice and a reasonable cure period. Upon termination, you pay for work performed to date per the agreed statement of work. Sections on IP, liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these General Terms by posting a revised version on norom.digital with a new last-updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For active engagements, prior terms apply unless both parties agree in writing to updated terms.
