Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid story kit engagements and consultancy fees listed on norom.digital. Prices are informational on the site; binding terms appear in your order confirmation or statement of work.
2. Eligibility Window
For standard story kits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if no deliverable work has been shared. After initial delivery of drafts or materials, refund eligibility shifts to partial terms below.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds apply when: (a) cancellation occurs within 14 days and no work product was delivered; or (b) we are unable to commence the engagement due to capacity constraints and no alternative date is acceptable.
4. Partial Refunds
If work has started, refunds are calculated as fees paid minus the value of completed phases documented in the statement of work. Completed phases include research, drafts, workshops held, and files delivered.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs already incurred, rush fees for expedited timelines after work begins, and completed workshop sessions are non-refundable. Custom photography or vendor expenses pass through at cost when already booked.
6. Request Process
Email [email protected] with your order reference, reason, and dates. We acknowledge within 3 business days and respond with a decision within 10 business days.
7. Processing and Consumer Rights
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Korean consumers may have additional rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and e-commerce regulations; nothing here limits mandatory protections.
8. Cancellations by Norom Digital
We may cancel for non-payment or material breach of client responsibilities after notice. Unused prepaid amounts are refunded per completed-work rules above.
