We may process: identity and contact data (name, email, company); communication content from forms and email; technical data (IP address, browser type, device); usage data from analytics cookies when you opt in; and engagement data related to story kit purchases or inquiries.

Data is used to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, improve the website, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and — with consent — analyze site usage.

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (site operation and B2B communication), legal obligations, and — where required — your consent for non-essential cookies and marketing communications.

Contact form submissions are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Contract records are retained per Korean commercial and tax requirements. Analytics data is retained per provider defaults or until you withdraw consent.
